Delicate. The girl in your room

Is there a girl in your room? I really wasn’t referring to her; it just was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this two photos.

Here we have a couple of photos of the beautiful Beeta Paluszkiewicz, from an editorial for Elele Turkey (that’s right, it’s Elele, not Elle). If you’re curious, the photographer is Cihan Alpgiray.

I just thought this two photos deserved their own post. The model is absolutely stunning, and the mood and lighting is simply great. The originals aren’t in black and white, but I thought they look better this way. What do you think?

The Maxx, the figure

If you were around in the 90’s, you know who’s The Maxx. Everybody knew. It came from MTV, in that era when MTV was cool. And here you have him as a cool little collectible figure.

This is one of those figures I really really want, and as usual, it is impossible to find. It is a mini figure of The Maxx produced by Shocker Toys back in 2008.

It just looks so cool and tiny, at about 3 inches. There’s different version on Amazon: The Maxx Mini Figure, where he’s wearing a ripped costume, but honestly, it doesn’t look as cool as the one in this post. What do you think?

If you don’t understand people

It’s about trust, it’s about passion. It’s not really just about making money. I like the quote below, by Simon Sinek.

If you hire people just because they can do a job, they’ll work for your money. But if you hire people who believe what you believe, they’ll work for you with blood and sweat and tears.

I think he’s totally right. And I have to say, he also knows how to inspire. You should watch the video I added after the break, it’s a great talk he gave at the 99% Conference.
