Liverpool boss Arne Slot insisted his side were not complacent after their second league defeat at Fulham was a 3-2 defeat.
“Complacency is the last thing we want to think about,” Slot insisted,
with his side still 11 points clear of second-placed Arsenal and needing just 11 more from seven games to secure the league title
. “There is no reason to be complacent because we don’t win every game by three or four goals,” the Liverpool boss added.
“We have to put in a lot of effort and quality to win every game but the teams that have won the league in the last four seasons (Manchester City) have often gone 3-0 up at half-time in a lot of games. “
